How does advertising influence consumption? 


In this modern world. Advertising play a very gigantic role. Even rural city also have papers and posters advertise for stuffs. TV, newspapers and computer are 3 places that u can find advertising on. Even now street, transportations, and airplanes have on themselves words, textures and images for advertising. That's why, advertising is so important for any cooperations or any industries. Because advertising is so popular that you can see it everywhere, customers may buy them if they see them. Advertising also works with consumption because they can warn the people that they are using to much resources and consequences if we are running out of resources. This makes we all have a better view for resources and do the consumption things better. No more wasting no matter you are so wealthy or not. 


Do you think citizens are sufficiently informed about the sustainability of our consumption habits? If not, how can we become more informed about sustainability issues?


Wealthy countries like America have lots of advertisement about sustainability but lots of them don't follow it and instead they don't even think about reduce their ecological footprint. Development countries like Vietnam doesn't talk much about sustainability issues but they do a good job on sustainability of their consumption habits.
Advertising is really popular now so we can pass the information to viewer. Advertisement has lots and lots of different kinds. Furthermore, each school can have lesson talking about sustainability. The government should encourage citizens to recycle things which help sustainability. 


Do you think these advertising techniques influence what you and your friends purchase?


Yes and indeed because advertising always talking and praising the good things about the theme that they are advertising about. It really brings out the good face of that item and after watching or looking at the advertisement, customers see how nice, how much benefit will they have if the bring home a BRAND NEW item. Without advertisement for that object, me and my friends wouldn't buy that thing maybe by it ugly appearance without knowing what it can do. Maybe we won't even know that object exist. 

Few Example For Sustainable Development

- Using paper bag or even cloth bag [materials that u can use again many times or even recycle, NO plastic bag]
- Turn off light whenever u don't have to use it anymore
- Unplug things that u don't use for any purpose right now
- Share one big car with your family members
- Recycling paper
- Build house with enough room for your family members, it shouldn't be more
- Share old things with other people so they don't have to buy
- Grow a garden in your house for fresh fruit
- Recycle metals and other resources

Migration story

Bunny glances at Bunny Mother and sighs. This whole unplanned migration makes Bunny feel kind of dizzy. Bunny Mother said that this migration makes their business improve more. She decides to take a walk with her friends, Porcupine, Sunshine, Kitty ... and talk about this, she will move in early morning tomorrow. Everyone cries and their tears soak down the ground and become ground water. But everything is useless now, she can't undo it. She has to say good bye to Flower land and immigrate to Rainbow land. Time passes so fast, it's time to go. All of Bunny's friends come to Whale station and walk Bunny to the Mr. Whale's mouth. As Mr. Whale starts to swim, Bunny feels like inside her, there is some kind of excited, nervous and sadness mixed.

After all, Bunny gets there. A wonderful geography. It looks so beautiful that you can't even describe it. Speechless. In a month, Bunny can remember everyone in her neighborhood and get to know them. She also meets a really great friend at school. Puppy. Everything turns to be good for Bunny. Everybody treats her so much better than what she can immagine. She loves this Rainbow land more and more as she can never love any other land before. Her love for Flower land is fading away. However, she sometimes still tells beautiful stories and cultures about Flower land for her classmates. Return to Flower land, loosing the most wonderful, well done kid at school makes Bunny's old school drops down to 5th place. Her friends begin to ask their parents to migrate to Rainbow land because they love the postcard that she sends back for them. Flower land is loosing little genius for the future.

• What experiences have you had with “extreme weather”? In this year, in Vietnam, in wet season, rain increase a lot and more heavily. In Pakistan, there is a big flood happening.

Moon Cheese narrative

Once upon a day, long long ago, far far away, there is a world called Moon Cheese. No one knows about Moon Cheese but Moon Cheese itself does exist. Before, the Moon was big like the Earth but after an astroid crashed the Moon, a piece of Moon felt out and rounded up to be Moon Cheese like today. Moon Cheese have a great cimate cause it's in Milky Way so people can live there. There is a legend that say perhaps a mouse spaceship landed on Moon Cheese and the rust of its energy tank made Cheese spread all over the Moon. That's why people called it Moon Cheese.

From a cube of Cheese, first cheese man was created. This is the big step for cheese society and have a huge impact on Moon Cheese. Today, cheese man have created a lot of super high technology even higher than human. Each country on Moon Cheese have their own language and characteristics. Moon Cheese is a small plannet so there will be no cities, just countries and oceans. If there is a big event happening, countries will gather together like a nation and together work the problem out. Cheese men's appearance just like human and of-course they eat Cheese. On Earth, pretty much of everything needs electric to work, in Moon Cheese, they use the cheese oceans. As civilization grown, they built a system surround Moon Cheese to keep the resources so they will never run-out of resources.

On Moon Cheese, people move from country to country really easily. Every hour, there is a cloud that bring people from their country to other country. This happen in just 15 minutes cause the cloud moves really fast so 4 countries is an hour. The cloud ship always starts from Holland Cheese. That's why you don't need to plan so details for your trip. You can have a great holiday without worry about passport. Each country have one president and other high, important people. Each president have their own castle. Like Osama is the name of the Holland Cheese president. His castle is in 30 N, 45 E. Because there are just 4 countries in Moon Cheese so there is not much different region. On Moon Cheese, each country is a region. Each country have different cheese man characteristic and different climate. Geography will also be different in every country but not much. There are lots of place on Moon Cheese that you can visit. Like the Cheese museum, beach, Beverly Hills, store, plaza, ..... People here is really outgoing. They love the nature. Every cheese man house has a Cheese maker machine. They use it to make their own daily food. People here surfing a lot cause all countries are surrounding by water. Cheese man have different job like  human but everything have to related to Cheese. That's why this world call Moon Cheese.

Family Project Reflection

After the family project, I presented and now Mr.Blake forces us to do The Reflection. So here we go:

Reflect to myself
Through the project, I have learn a lot, especially by others, not by myself. My parents didn't help me with this project because they are to busy to teach me but I have enough knowledge to handle this project and this is the perfect time to use the internet. But above all, I still learn a bit from my project. I see how hard my parents have put in their work to have enough money to afford my study fees and everything else. I also learn that Ao Dai and Non La are the two tradition clothes and accessories of Vietnamese women. Ao Dai always represents the naive, innocent of a woman. Through the project process, I find out lots of holidays in Vietnam and how to call them in English.

Reflect to others
From others presentation, I learn a lot from people background, their culture and Vietnam culture.
Ao Dai has variety similar kinds, not just one like Ao Dao Tu Than, Ao Ba Ba,... In different Vietnam region, different traditional. I also discover that Chinese have a very special type of bean that use to eat in special events. Russian have their milk, yogurt and sugar mixture desert. Really cool. They all are tasty. Also I know more about the traditional bull fight in Vietnam. The winner bull will be dead, not the loser one. Way different from my imagination.

After all, thanks to Mr. Blake project, I have a big opportunity to learn more about others and myself.
